The short version

  • We collect only what you share with us — such as your name, email, phone number and project details — plus basic technical data needed to run the website.
  • We use it to reply to you, run consultations and projects, send invoices and meet legal requirements.
  • We don't sell your information, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
  • We share information only with the service providers that help us deliver our work, such as hosting, payments and video calls.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
  • Questions or requests: support@webelogy.com.

01About this policy

This policy explains how Webelogy, based in Janakpuri, New Delhi, India, handles personal information when you use our website, contact us, book a consultation or work with us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Webelogy.

We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email, call or message us, send an enquiry, book a consultation or start a project, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
  • your business name and the details you share about your project or goals;
  • the date and time of any consultation you book;
  • billing details needed to issue invoices and receipts;
  • content, files and account access you provide for a project.

Payments. Consultation payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded and a transaction reference — we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure.

03How we use your information

We use personal information only to:

  • reply to your enquiries and messages;
  • schedule and run consultations, including sending booking details and meeting links;
  • prepare proposals, deliver projects and provide support;
  • issue invoices and receipts, and keep business and tax records;
  • keep our website and systems secure;
  • meet our legal obligations.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.

04Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies to follow you across other websites.

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

The map on our Contact page loads only when you choose to show it. It is provided by Google Maps, which may then set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

If we ever add analytics or other tracking, we will update this policy first.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to provide our services, with:

  • our website hosting and database provider;
  • our payment provider, to process consultation payments;
  • Google, to create the calendar invitation and Google Meet link for a consultation;
  • email and messaging services, including WhatsApp if you contact us there;
  • other tools a project needs, such as hosting or advertising platforms, as agreed with you;
  • authorities or others where the law requires it.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them may store or process data outside India.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, for the length of a project and its support — and for as long as the law requires us to keep records such as invoices and tax documents. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

07How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people and tools that need it, and during support work we only access what the request requires. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information, subject to any records we must keep by law;
  • stop processing your information in certain circumstances, if you object to it;
  • stop using your information where you gave consent, by withdrawing that consent.

Email support@webelogy.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

09Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service or tool. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

11Contact and grievances

For questions, requests or complaints about your personal information, email support@webelogy.com or call +91 98104 45567 during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). We will respond as soon as we can, and within the time required by law.
